Talins.top Content Moderation Policy
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Content Moderation Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Moderation Policy") governs the rules for publication, review, restriction, and removal of content on the Talins.top platform (hereinafter referred to as "Talins", the "Platform", or "We").
1.2. Talins is a user platform that includes a listing system, integrated chats, group communications, user profiles, reviews and a vouch system, the Middleman Service, and image and content uploads.
1.3. Since Talins contains user-generated content (UGC), the Platform moderates materials in order to ensure safety, prevent fraud, comply with laws, protect users, and maintain platform stability.
1.4. By using Talins, the User agrees to this Policy.
2. What Is Considered Content
2.1. Within the scope of this Policy, content includes messages, private correspondence, group chats, images, listings, descriptions, usernames, profile data, reviews, vouches, uploaded files, avatars, comments, system interactions, and other materials published by Users.
3. Core Moderation Principles
3.1. Talins strives to maintain a safe environment, fair interaction, respectful communication, user protection, and stable platform operation.
3.2. Talins has the right to moderate content, restrict publications, remove materials, hide content, restrict functions, and block users.
3.3. Talins independently determines the permissibility of content, moderation methods, severity of violations, and applicable measures.
3.4. Talins is not obligated to pre-screen all user content.
4. Prohibited Content
4.1. The following content is prohibited on the Platform.
4.1.1. Illegal Content
Including materials violating laws, extremist materials, terrorist content, illegal digital goods, stolen content, and materials infringing copyright.
4.1.2. Scam/Fraud Content
Including fake listings, phishing links, impersonation, fake middleman content, fraudulent offers, fake proofs, misleading screenshots, and reputation manipulation.
4.1.3. Malicious Content
Including malware, viruses, malicious links, exploit files, and malicious scripts.
4.1.4. NSFW and Shock Content
Including pornography, explicit sexual content, excessive gore, disturbing imagery, and sexual exploitation content.
4.1.5. Harassment and Abuse
Including threats, harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, targeted abuse, doxxing, and stalking.
4.1.6. Spam and Abuse Activity
Including spam messages, flooding, automated abuse, bot activity, coordinated spam, and mass messaging.
4.1.7. Deception and Misinformation
Including intentionally misleading information, fake scam reports, manipulated screenshots, and impersonation of Talins staff.
5. Moderation of Images and Files
5.1. Talins may use image moderation systems, automated detection, manual review, and AI-assisted moderation.
5.2. Uploaded images may be reviewed for NSFW content, scam content, fake screenshots, malicious files, copyright violations, and prohibited imagery.
5.3. Talins has the right to reject images, restrict uploads, remove files, and block users.
6. Moderation of Messages and Chats
6.1. Talins may moderate private messages, group chats, MM chats, and system interactions.
6.2. To ensure security, the following may be used: automated moderation, spam detection, anti-fraud systems, keyword analysis, behavioral monitoring.
6.3. The User agrees that messages and actions within the Platform may be analyzed by security systems.
6.4. Talins may store message history, moderation logs, system events, and abuse reports.
7. Reputation and Reviews
7.1. Talins may moderate reviews, vouches, trust indicators, and scam reports.
7.2. The following are prohibited: fake vouches; review manipulation; coordinated harassment; false accusations.
7.3. Talins may remove reviews, restrict reputation systems, and hide ratings.
8. Automated Moderation Systems
8.1. Talins may use AI moderation, automated detection systems, anti-spam tools, fraud detection, image analysis, and security monitoring.
8.2. Automated systems may restrict content, hide publications, restrict functions, and send content for manual review.
8.3. Talins does not guarantee absolute accuracy of automated moderation.
9. Content Complaints
9.1. Users may report scam content, abuse, harassment, illegal content, fake middleman activity, phishing, and copyright violations.
9.2. Talins may request evidence, review complaints, reject requests, and restrict users.
9.3. False or abusive complaints are prohibited.
10. Enforcement Measures
10.1. Talins may apply content removal, hiding of materials, restriction of functions, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, upload restrictions, chat blocking, and restriction of MM Service.
10.2. Decisions regarding enforcement measures are made independently by Talins.
10.3. Talins may apply measures without prior notice.
11. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
11.1. Talins may cooperate with law enforcement authorities, regulatory authorities, anti-fraud organizations, and copyright holders.
11.2. Talins may transfer data where required by law, during investigations of violations, in the event of security threats, or upon detection of illegal activity.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. Talins does not guarantee absence of prohibited content, absolute security, absence of scam activity, or absence of harmful content.
12.2. Talins is not responsible for user-generated content, actions of users, external communications, third-party services, or user disputes.
12.3. Talins independently determines permissibility of content, necessity of moderation, and severity of violations.
13. International Application
13.1. Talins is available to an international audience.
13.2. The User is solely responsible for complying with the laws of their jurisdiction.
13.3. Talins may restrict content in order to comply with international requirements.
14. Changes to the Policy
14.1. Talins may amend this Content Moderation Policy at any time.
14.2. The new version becomes effective upon publication.
14.3. Continued use of the Platform constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated version.
