Talins.top Middleman Terms
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Middleman Terms (hereinafter referred to as the "MM Terms" or "Middleman Service Rules") govern the use of the Middleman Service of the Talins.top platform (hereinafter referred to as "Talins", the "Platform", or "We").
1.2. The Middleman Service ("MM Service") is an auxiliary intermediary service between users for conducting in-game transactions.
1.3. By using the MM Service, the User confirms they have read these rules, agree to these terms, understand the risks of in-game transactions, and use the service voluntarily.
1.4. The MM Service is provided exclusively within the Talins infrastructure and is not a banking service, a financial service, an escrow service in the legal sense, a licensed payment service, or an investment service.
1.5. Talins does not guarantee absolute transaction security even when using the MM Service.
2. Purpose of the Middleman Service
2.1. The MM Service is intended for facilitating in-game transactions, reducing the risk of fraud, coordinating actions between parties, confirming transaction stages, and organizing secure communication.
2.2. The MM Service is an auxiliary tool and does not completely eliminate the risk of scams, fraud, deception, loss of gaming items, or bans of gaming accounts.
2.3. The User independently evaluates the risks of any transaction.
3. Status of the Middleman
3.1. Official Talins Middlemen are representatives of the Platform exclusively within the scope of the MM Service.
3.2. A Middleman does not act as a party to the transaction, an owner of gaming assets, a guarantor of the transaction, an insurer, or a financial intermediary.
3.3. The Middleman performs solely organizational and coordination functions.
3.4. Talins may appoint Middlemen, revoke Middleman status, modify the list of Middlemen, and restrict MM authority.
3.5. Only intermediaries officially designated within the Talins platform are considered official MM Service representatives.
4. Third-Party and Partner MM Services
4.1. Talins may contain references to third-party or partner MM services.
4.2. Talins is not responsible for actions of third-party intermediaries, scams by third-party MM services, loss of gaming items, user disputes, or actions of external services.
4.3. The User independently bears responsibility for using unofficial MM services.
4.4. Use of third-party MM services is carried out entirely at the User's own risk.
5. Process of Using the MM Service
5.1. To use the MM Service, the User may create an MM request, join an MM chat, or interact through official Talins tools.
5.2. The MM Service may include group chats, system notifications, confirmation of transaction stages, Middleman messages, interaction history, and transaction archiving.
5.3. Talins may reject MM requests, terminate transaction support, restrict access to the MM Service, and suspend MM functions.
5.4. The User agrees to provide accurate information, not to mislead the Middleman, to follow MM instructions, and not to abuse the system.
6. Transaction Confirmation
6.1. Talins may use confirmation systems, close-order systems, acceptance flows, system cards, and participant confirmations.
6.2. Such mechanisms are intended solely for user convenience.
6.3. Confirmation of a transaction within Talins does not constitute a legal guarantee, confirmation of transaction legality, or a guarantee against fraud.
6.4. Talins does not guarantee authenticity of gaming items, successful completion of transactions, or absence of abuse.
7. Communications and Data Storage
7.1. By using the MM Service, the User agrees that messages may be stored, chats may be logged, participant actions may be recorded, and system events may be saved.
7.2. Data may be used for security, investigation of violations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and improvement of the MM Service.
7.3. Talins may use automated and manual moderation tools.
8. Prohibited Actions
8.1. The following are prohibited when using the MM Service:
- fraud
- scam activity
- impersonation
- pretending to be a Middleman
- falsification of evidence
- publication of false scam reports
- harassment
- threats
- bypassing the MM system
- abuse of the complaint system
- use of bots or automation.
8.2. Talins may restrict access to the MM Service upon any suspicion of a violation.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The MM Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
9.2. Talins does not guarantee absolute security, absence of fraud, absence of errors, successful completion of transactions, preservation of gaming items, or preservation of accounts.
9.3. Talins is not responsible for loss of gaming items, loss of gaming accounts, user transactions, actions of users, actions of third-party MM services, decisions of gaming platforms, scam/fraud activity, or bans of gaming accounts.
9.4. Talins does not provide financial guarantees, compensation, insurance coverage, or refund obligations.
9.5. The User understands and agrees that use of the MM Service is carried out entirely at their own risk.
9.6. Talins' maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User to the Platform during the last 3 months of service use, or the equivalent of 10 USD if no payment was made.
10. Reputation and Reviews
10.1. The MM Service may include a review system, ratings, a vouch system, and indicators of trust.
10.2. Talins does not guarantee the accuracy of user reviews.
10.3. The following are prohibited: reputation manipulation; fake vouches; false accusations; coordinated harassment.
10.4. Talins may remove reviews and restrict reputation-related functions.
11. Interaction with Gaming Platforms
11.1. Talins is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or other gaming platforms.
11.2. The User is solely responsible for complying with the rules of gaming platforms.
11.3. Talins is not responsible for bans, restrictions, sanctions imposed by gaming platforms, or loss of gaming assets resulting from actions of gaming companies.
11.4. Talins does not encourage violations of gaming platform user agreements.
12. Suspension and Termination of Access
12.1. Talins may restrict access to the MM Service, delete MM requests, block users, delete messages, and restrict functionality.
12.2. Such measures may be applied in cases of suspected scams, abuse, fraud, rule violations, or threats to platform security.
12.3. Talins may make such decisions without prior notice.
13. International Use
13.1. The MM Service is available to an international audience.
13.2. The User is solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their country.
13.3. Talins does not guarantee that use of the MM Service is permitted in every jurisdiction.
14. Changes to the MM Terms
14.1. Talins may amend these Middleman Terms at any time.
14.2. The new version becomes effective upon publication.
14.3. Continued use of the MM Service constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated rules.
